User Roles

Your user role determines your privileges. Privileges include features you can access and tasks you can perform.
Role Privileges
Regular users
  • Create apps.
  • Upload scripts.
  • Grant specific users access to your private apps and scripts.
  • Edit and delete apps and scripts you created.
  • Run apps you created.
  • Add other managers to apps and scripts you created, or to apps and scripts for which you have been added as a manager.
  • View execution status of all jobs.
  • View job results for apps you created and scripts you uploaded.
  • Share job results for the apps you created and scripts you uploaded with all, selected, or no other users.
  • View job results other users shared with you.
Admins
  • Create apps.
  • Upload scripts.
  • Grant specific users access to your private apps and scripts.
  • Edit and delete apps and scripts you created.
  • Run apps you and other users created.
  • Add other managers to apps and scripts you created, or to apps and scripts for which you have been added as a manager.

  • Promote other users to and demote users from admin status.
